Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Engineer specializing in Oracle Software & Cloud Solutions to join our high-performing sales team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies and a solid track record of solution selling, especially around Cloud (SaaS, PaaS) and on-premise infrastructure. This role is focused on identifying opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales cycle through consultative engagement with clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote Oracle Technology Products (Database, Middleware, BI, ERP) to prospective clients.
  • Drive solution sales for both Cloud (SaaS, PaaS) and on-premise platforms.
  • Identify and qualify prospects, manage lead pipelines, and convert opportunities to sales.
  • Customize and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical explanations.
  • Position Oracle’s SaaS offerings in alignment with customer needs and digital transformation goals.
  • Demonstrate and promote the use of PaaS platforms for application modernization and integration.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products, market trends, and Oracle’s evolving offerings.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term engagement.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Delhi NCR market in a solution or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • SaaS Applications (Oracle ERP, HCM, CX, etc.)
  • Oracle Database, Middleware & BI tools
  • Proven ability to position Cloud and on-premise solutions based on business needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Market awareness of competitive products and IT/OEM vendors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and customer decision-making processes.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and solution positioning.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Sales Cloud) will be an added advantage
