Experience Level: Junior (1 to 3 years)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Cyber Butler to provide first-level technical support and ensure seamless connectivity experiences for hotel guests and staff. This role is based onsite at luxury hospitality venues (Trident & Oberoi Hotels) in Mumbai and operates under a partner payroll model. As a Cyber Butler, you will be the first point of contact for resolving Wi-Fi issues, supporting network infrastructure, and maintaining high service quality standards expected in hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 0 (L0) support for Jio CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) infrastructure.
  • Assist with network and Wi-Fi issues for residents, non-resident guests, and Belvedere members.
  • Offer L0 technical support to hotel staff using the “Team Internet” platform.
  • Deliver on-demand Wi-Fi support during events, conferences, and banquets.
  • Act as the first responder for Wi-Fi and LAN-related incident troubleshooting.
  • Escort Jio/Field engineers during incident resolutions or project implementation.
  • Conduct periodic Wi-Fi audits for guest rooms to ensure optimal performance and coverage.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and professional conduct in line with hotel standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: B.Sc. / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a network support or technical helpdesk environment.

Technical Skills:

  • CCNA trained or certified (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Basic network diagnostics and incident handling

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with premium hotel guests.
  • Highly disciplined, punctual, and service-oriented.
  • Well-groomed appearance to match the hospitality industry expectations.
