Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager – Collections to oversee agency performance, manage collection operations, and ensure effective resolution of overdue accounts in the Hyderabad/Secunderabad region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field collections, repossession management, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Allocate portfolios to collection vendors based on past trends, FOS (Field Officers) availability, and ensure adequate manpower is in place.
  • Case Assignment: Review delinquent cases and assign work to FOS/TLs according to disposition codes.
  • Agency Coordination: Plan and conduct review meetings with agency staff to ensure field effectiveness, especially for complex or unresolved cases.

Repo & Audit Compliance:

  • Allocate and audit receipt books and repo kits periodically.
  • Ensure prior approvals and assist in handling repossession-related challenges.
  • Billing & Closure: Complete agency billing closure within 60 days of completed work.
  • Escalation Management: Resolve collection or repo-related customer service complaints and queries effectively.
  • Legal Coordination: Collaborate with the legal team to initiate actions against chronic defaulters and manage enforcement-related issues.
  • BKT Tracking: Monitor and improve bucket (BKT) level resolutions; control flow rate to subsequent buckets.

  • Capable of handling pressure situations and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English
  • Willingness to travel locally
