Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL/SQL and a proven track record of delivering responsive, secure, and scalable APEX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications.
  • Write efficient PL/SQL and SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and refine requirements.
  • Integrate APEX applications with external systems and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Oracle APEX development.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c).
  • Strong UI development skills using APEX components and themes.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX for customization.
  • Experience in performance tuning for APEX applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and API integration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud services.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
