Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL/SQL and a proven track record of delivering responsive, secure, and scalable APEX solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications.
- Write efficient PL/SQL and SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and refine requirements.
- Integrate APEX applications with external systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data security and organizational standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Oracle APEX development.
- Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c).
- Strong UI development skills using APEX components and themes.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX for customization.
- Experience in performance tuning for APEX applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and API integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud services.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
