Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer-3 to provide advanced client support, technical expertise, and mentorship within our engineering team. This role involves engaging directly with clients, resolving complex technical issues, contributing to solution design, and ensuring the successful delivery of secure implementations. You will also play a key role in coaching junior engineers, driving best practices, and owning specialized technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients on-site to address complex solution requirements.
- Manage and escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate third parties.
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated client requests, ensuring first-line resolution where possible.
- Deliver clear reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and technicians, guiding their growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate engineering activities in alignment with performance targets.
- Provide third-line support via customer service desk (telephonic, remote, and on-site) as required.
- Contribute to high-complexity design work, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Take ownership of specific technologies within the security domain.

Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Specialized training in security technologies (legacy & emerging).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
Experience Required
- Extensive experience in technical implementation engineering or a similar role.
- Proven track record of client engagement and solution presentations.
- Strong experience in project administration, documentation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in security solution design and project delivery.
