Job Description

Our client is looking for dynamic and results-driven full time hire , Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join their team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi, India 
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,10,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new international business leads and manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
  • Pitch a range of BPO services (voice, non-voice, customer/technical support, back-office, etc.)
  • Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online events
  • Develop and present customized proposals to match client requirements
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as CXOs, Heads of Outsourcing, and Procurement Managers
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
  • Stay informed about global outsourcing trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of international BPO/outsourcing sales experience
  • Strong understanding of BPO delivery models and pricing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead generation software

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus
