Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new international business leads and manage the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
- Pitch a range of BPO services (voice, non-voice, customer/technical support, back-office, etc.)
- Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online events
- Develop and present customized proposals to match client requirements
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as CXOs, Heads of Outsourcing, and Procurement Managers
- Meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
- Stay informed about global outsourcing trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of international BPO/outsourcing sales experience
- Strong understanding of BPO delivery models and pricing
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and lead generation software
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus
