About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Engineer (Mobile) who is passionate about mobile application quality and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mobile and web applications across platforms like iOS, Android, WeChat, and Web. You’ll work closely with development, product, and other QA teams to design, execute, and maintain robust testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain test cases based on system specifications and user stories.
- Define and execute test strategies balancing UI and API testing.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Development.
- Troubleshoot, isolate, and document bugs identified during testing.
- Conduct all types of testing—functional, regression, and documentation reviews.
- Set up and maintain complex test environments.
- Navigate and resolve trade-offs when there are competing business priorities.
- Uphold Disney-level quality standards in testing and delivery.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a high-productivity team setting.
- Operate under tight deadlines and in high-pressure scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or related discipline preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on testing experience.
- Strong proficiency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Experience in testing iOS, Android, WeChat, and web applications.
- Solid understanding of software quality and testing methodologies.
- Experience in writing and maintaining detailed test cases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices is preferred.
