About the Role
Blue Solutions is looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience, eager to gain hands-on exposure in end-to-end hiring processes with a focus on Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize sourcing tools such as Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate search.
- Manage bulk/mass hiring requirements effectively.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 0–6 months of experience in recruitment (preferably Non-IT).
- Knowledge of sourcing tools (especially Naukri).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for reporting.
- Prior exposure to bulk/mass hiring is a plus.
