Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead retail sales operations across India. The role requires strategic leadership, strong operational oversight, and hands-on experience in the modular or hardware industry. The ideal candidate will have proven retail sales management expertise, with a track record of achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the PAN India sales team to drive high performance.
  • Oversee retail store operations, ensuring uniform customer experience and service standards.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance, and take corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
  • Travel extensively to manage and support regional teams and retail outlets.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA/PGDM (Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in modular furniture, hardware, or related industries (e.g., modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions).
  • Proven retail store operations and sales leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Track record of managing large teams and PAN India operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
