Project Role

Role: Application Developer

Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary

As a Business Architect within the Packaged Application Development team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to create tangible business value for clients. You will define the current state, gather high-level customer requirements, develop business solutions, and build cases that align with the client’s strategic vision. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Take responsibility for critical team-level decisions and contribute to cross-team solutions.
  • Provide guidance and solutions for both immediate and broader team challenges.
  • Lead the development of innovative business strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and implement business plans to drive client growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have:

  • Strong proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Hands-on project management and leadership experience.

Additional Information

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter required.
  • Candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
  • Role is based out of Bengaluru office.
