Summary
As a Business Architect within the Packaged Application Development team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to create tangible business value for clients. You will define the current state, gather high-level customer requirements, develop business solutions, and build cases that align with the client’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GuideWire PolicyCenter.
- Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Take responsibility for critical team-level decisions and contribute to cross-team solutions.
- Provide guidance and solutions for both immediate and broader team challenges.
- Lead the development of innovative business strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Create and implement business plans to drive client growth.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Strong proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Hands-on project management and leadership experience.
