Role Summary – General Manager – Operations:

As General Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, P&L ownership, and client success across key business lines. You will lead large teams and collaborate with cross-functional units to ensure service excellence, profitability, and scalability across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee operational delivery across multiple projects and regions
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiency and growth
  • Manage client relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs & KPIs
  • Optimize processes through automation, digitization, and best practices
  • Own the P&L and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational targets
  • Implement strong governance, reporting structures, and quality frameworks
  • Lead large-scale teams, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—sales, HR, finance, and tech—for seamless execution
  • Drive innovation in service models to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 12–18 years of experience in managing large-scale operations in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO/KPO industries
  • Proven track record in P&L management and process excellence
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of business process optimization, service delivery, and SLA management
  • Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or operational automation tools is a plus
