Role Summary – Field Officer:

As a Field Officer, you will be the operational link between the company and its clients, overseeing ground-level implementation of services, coordinating with teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This role is field-intensive and ideal for professionals who enjoy dynamic, on-the-go responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor field-level operations and workforce
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle onboarding, attendance tracking, and issue resolution of field staff
  • Conduct site visits, audits, and ensure service-level compliance
  • Report daily activities and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support coordination between HR, logistics, and client requirements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations on-site
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in field operations, manpower handling, or client coordination
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for site visits
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital reporting tools
  • Local language fluency and familiarity with regional geography is a plus
