Role Summary – Field Officer:
As a Field Officer, you will be the operational link between the company and its clients, overseeing ground-level implementation of services, coordinating with teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This role is field-intensive and ideal for professionals who enjoy dynamic, on-the-go responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor field-level operations and workforce
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Handle onboarding, attendance tracking, and issue resolution of field staff
- Conduct site visits, audits, and ensure service-level compliance
- Report daily activities and escalate issues when necessary
- Support coordination between HR, logistics, and client requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations on-site
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, manpower handling, or client coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital reporting tools
- Local language fluency and familiarity with regional geography is a plus
