Qualification: B.E. (Certifications preferred but not mandatory)

Role Purpose:

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into functional software requirements. Support throughout the project lifecycle including UAT, QA coordination, and post-production validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and document business requirements
  • Review and align requirements with stakeholders
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and support project planning
  • Provide clarifications to development and QA teams
  • Assist business teams during UAT
  • Create white papers, case studies, and share learnings
Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Experience in SDLC and requirements gathering

  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams

  • Functional support and troubleshooting expertise
