Role Purpose:
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into functional software requirements. Support throughout the project lifecycle including UAT, QA coordination, and post-production validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business requirements
- Review and align requirements with stakeholders
- Conduct feasibility analysis and support project planning
- Provide clarifications to development and QA teams
- Assist business teams during UAT
- Create white papers, case studies, and share learnings
