Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and technically adept BI Developer – Associate to join our Asset and Wealth Management Finance Transformation and Analytics team. If you are passionate about building scalable BI solutions using tools like Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design technical and information architecture for MIS (DataMarts) and reporting environments.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support dashboards and reports.
  • Build and manage ETL workflows using Alteryx, SSIS, and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Create and deliver complex Tableau dashboards with high volumes of data and different data sources.
  • Support deployment and performance tuning of BI tools and platforms.
  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize deliverables using Agile methodologies.
  • Promote DevOps best practices and support CI/CD pipelines for reporting and data projects.
  • Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and business insights.
  • Guide junior team members and share best practices for agile BI development.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, BI Reporting, and Visualization.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Alteryx, Tableau, and MS SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS).
  • Proficient in data wrangling, performance tuning, and data integration techniques.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, and other modern data platforms.
  • Ability to design end-to-end BI solutions, including architecture, data modeling, and dashboarding.
  • Proficient in data handling, transformation, and visualization with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Data Science technologies (Python, R).
  • Experience with automation tools (UIPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, automated deployment, and Control-M scheduling.
  • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
