Job Description

Accops is looking for a proactive and technically sound Associate Technical Sales Engineer – I to join our Pre-Sales team in Delhi. This is a hybrid role that bridges technical expertise and customer engagement, ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, client interaction, and hands-on technology implementation in the Zero Trust and Virtualization space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (POC) and deliver pre-sales support within defined SLAs and TATs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Security, Development) to design and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Implement and configure products in both cloud and on-prem virtualization environments.
  • Provide technical documentation including solution documents, KB articles, preliminary incident analysis, and Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and, where possible, provide solutions through scripts or workarounds without escalating to development.
  • Stay updated and adapt to new technologies in Zero Trust Networking, Cloud, and Virtualization.
  • Travel to client locations for implementation and support as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation as per company standards.

Technical Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of Desktop and Application Support.
  • Understanding of computer networking and networking fundamentals (OSI model).
  • Familiarity with network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Windows (7, 8, 10) and Linux OS (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Debian, etc.).
