Role Overview
As the Associate Director – Product (Wealth | Investor Platform), you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our investor-first platform. You’ll work to simplify investing in Stocks, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Fixed Income products, ensuring our platform delivers a seamless, delightful experience to every user.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and drive the long-term product vision, aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Roadmap Ownership: Build and own the product roadmap with a focus on quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with design, technology, marketing, operations, and sales for smooth product launches and iterations.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Champion customer needs, turning insights into high-impact, user-friendly products.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product analytics, A/B testing, and research to inform product choices and measure outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align priorities with leadership and communicate strategy effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
- 8+ years of total product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in building and scaling B2C products (fintech or high-touch consumer platforms preferred)
- Strong customer empathy with experience translating insights into exceptional product experiences
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Highly analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Founder’s mindset with a bias for ownership and results
