Position Summary
Perforce Software is seeking a Web Optimization Specialist to support SEO, social media performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across assigned brands. This role blends digital marketing, analytics, and technology to improve user journeys and increase inbound engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to optimize SEO, CRO, and social media strategies to improve digital engagement and lead generation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for social media scheduling and listening tools.
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
- Perform regular web and SEO audits; provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Execute assigned social, CRO, and SEO projects; manage timelines in Hive.
- Monitor web trends and inform internal teams of updates in SEO and social media best practices.
- Maintain and update documentation on CRO, SEO, and social scheduling tools and methods.
- Partner with the broader web team to implement improvements that enhance performance across key user touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital performance role.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, TrenDemon, or similar analytics platforms.
- Understanding of social media scheduling and listening platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, analytical thinker with a passion for digital optimization.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Hive or other project management tools.
- Exposure to conversion optimization frameworks (e.g., A/B testing tools).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms.
