Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. The UI/UX will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create wireframes and prototypes, and design intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  •  UI/UX design process from concept to execution for various digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
  • Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide guidance throughout the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in  any related field.
  • Proven 7+ experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Proto.io, or Axure.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading and mentoring junior designers is a plus.
