Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring seamless interaction across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while focusing on usability and accessibility.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/technologies.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design (UCD) methodology.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
