Trainee / Junior Engineer – QAD MS
Location: Bangalore

About the Job
Responsible for in-process inspection, quality assurance, and supplier qualification in the Machine Shop, ensuring compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Study engineering drawings and prepare quality plans.
- Perform measurement techniques and inspection of mechanical parts.
- Support supplier audits and qualification activities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
- Work on APQP, PPAP, SCAR, FMEA, and control plans.
- Assist in various manufacturing processes including machining, casting, and heat treatments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GD&T, CMM inspection, and quality management systems.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP tools.
- Familiarity with PFD, FMEA, APQP, and QC tools.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inspection.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of supplier corrective actions and process improvement methods.
