About the Role
As a core member of the Enterprise Automation team, you will support the testing of automation solutions across multiple platforms. You will design test cases, perform execution, track defects, and collaborate closely with business and technical teams. This role requires strong automation testing skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and hands-on experience with test automation tools and RPA technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review user requirements and develop test cases for positive and negative scenarios.
- Perform end-to-end, regression, and functional testing for automation solutions.
- Coordinate with teams to gather and prepare required test data.
- Track and report testing outcomes, defects, and progress using JIRA.
- Support UAT by coordinating with end users and ensuring successful rollout.
- Document test results clearly and provide timely feedback to project teams.
- Manage multiple testing assignments independently based on priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience testing automation solutions using RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, UFT One.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and legacy environments like MS Access, Mainframe.
- Ability to write SQL queries to validate test results.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using JIRA.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience testing solutions developed in Appian.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.
