Role Summary:

As a Technical Leader – Software, you will be responsible for owning high-level design/architecture, ensuring the quality of technical deliverables, and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own high-level architecture and design models
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, and project leads for seamless project execution
  • Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to SLK coding and design standards
  • Contribute to reusable components and organizational knowledge base
  • Mentor team members and assist in resource planning
  • Provide deployment and post-go-live support
  • Stay updated on latest technology trends and integrate them where applicable
Required Skills:
  • Strong architecture and high-level design capabilities
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Proficiency in software engineering principles, tools, and SDLC
  • Experience guiding developers and ensuring code quality through reviews
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills
