Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in Core & Advanced Java (Java 8+), J2EE
- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Frontend exposure to ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns
- Experience analyzing legacy applications and performing reverse engineering
- Proficiency with Git/GitLab or other source control tools
- Exposure to AWS services
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and code review skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-quality applications
- Hands-on programming, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure best practices
- Identify and resolve code pitfalls, performance issues, and security loopholes
- Analyze existing applications and implement change requests, including: Bug fixes, New feature development, System integrations, Technology upgrades or migrations
- Apply reverse engineering techniques to understand legacy systems and propose improvements
- Drive initiatives to enhance application quality, performance, and maintainability
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
