About the Role
As a Tech Lead – Software Development Engineer, you will own and drive technical excellence across the Altair and Noah clusters, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. You will mentor team members, lead by example, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Altair and Noah clusters, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in coding standards, architecture, and process efficiencies.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills with hands-on experience in MySQL.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive technical ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Golang and Java.
- Knowledge of scalable distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high-performance computing clusters.
