Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-performance web applications, REST APIs, and microservices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, with hands-on experience in Camunda and modern application architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement REST APIs and microservices following best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Utilize Camunda for process automation and workflow management.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security in all deliverables.
- Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Handle Excel operations and data manipulation when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Java with excellent understanding of OOP principles and Java Collections.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate (or other ORM tools).
- Hands-on experience in REST API and microservices development.
- Experience with Camunda workflow engine.
- Knowledge of Excel operations (added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
