Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Team Member to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vendor invoicing and payment processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices related to Non-Purchase Order based Services and Freight Services across Europe, North America, and India.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate vendor files.

Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries.

Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.

Generate and maintain monthly reports detailing accounts payable status.

Support month-end closing activities and account analysis.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate historical records for auditing and reporting.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com).

Experience working in large, multi-national corporations.

Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

X+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. (Update “X+” with the required number of years)
Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.

Familiarity with Alteryx workflows is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
