Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – IT Recruitment to lead our recruitment team and manage client relationships at Techila Global Services. The ideal candidate will have strong IT hiring expertise, proven leadership abilities, and experience in directly managing clients. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure successful delivery of hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Handle direct client interactions, understanding requirements, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Allocate workloads, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Stay updated with IT hiring trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Client handling experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
