Supplier Quality Coordinator

Location: Uttar Pradesh, India

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Salary Range: 5-6 LPA

Job Type: Full-time (Open for 24×7 Shifts)

About the Job

The Supplier Quality Coordinator will oversee and manage supplier quality processes to ensure materials and components meet organizational standards. This role ensures supplier compliance, drives continuous improvement, and supports cross-functional teams in resolving quality issues.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct supplier evaluations, audits, and initial quality assessments.
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Perform root-cause analysis and support implementation of improvement plans.
  • Maintain supplier quality documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality practices.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards, tools, and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supplier quality management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with supplier evaluations, NCR handling, and quality documentation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (5 Points)

  • Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with quality management software/tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
