Work Experience: 4–8 years
Education Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr. Executive – Marketing (Communications & PR) to develop and execute integrated communication strategies that elevate the company’s brand, reputation, and visibility. This role will collaborate closely with PR and digital agencies to manage media relations, internal and external communications, and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Draft, distribute, and follow up on press releases in collaboration with the regional head office and media agency.
  • Ensure the PR agency maintains strong relationships with key journalists and media houses.
  • Coordinate and manage public/media events, product launches, media interactions, and press conferences.
  • Monitor media coverage, evaluate campaign success, and prepare periodic PR and media reports for senior management.
  • Handle crisis communications in collaboration with leadership and PR agency as necessary.

Digital & Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with digital agency to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and optimize platform-wise ad spend.
  • Manage social media platforms using tools like Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Monitor and maintain a positive online reputation; respond to user inquiries, feedback, or issues on social platforms and DMs.
  • Liaise with internal technical/creative teams to develop content for blogs, articles, social media posts, and other digital channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with KPIs.
