Work Experience: 5 – 7 Years
Educational Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: B.Com
  • Preferred: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)
Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts (MIS & Audit) to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning & analysis function, preparing monthly MIS, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant internal control frameworks. This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP, Hyperion, and strong command over MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Functional Areas:

  • Prepare monthly actuals and budget reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and assist in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Support monthly financial reporting through platforms such as Hyperion/Diva.
  • Assist in the finalization of accounts in coordination with the Corporate Accounts team.
  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation and fixed asset accounting as per applicable standards.
  • Coordinate Statutory and Internal Audits, including preparation of audit schedules.
  • Support and ensure compliance with ICFR and J-SOX frameworks.
  • Handle insurance-related tasks, including policy renewals and documentation.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Financial Reporting: Strong knowledge of MIS, variance reporting, and month-end financial processes.
  • Audit Coordination: Hands-on experience supporting statutory and internal audits.
  • Tools Proficiency:
  • ERP Systems: SAP-R3 (FICCO), Hyperion, Diva
  • Advanced MS Office Skills: Especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), PowerPoint, and Word
  • Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with Ind-AS (preferred) and solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail, numeric aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Good interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
