Your Impact
- Leverage your logical, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively with teams, users, and stakeholders.
- Apply your expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Governance to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Support pre-sales and sales efforts by articulating technical capabilities to customers.
- Contribute to data governance, compliance, and security for sensitive and regulated information.
What the Role Offers
- Deep involvement in Enterprise Content Management & Governance (Data Discovery, Classification, Management).
- Work on Sensitive Information Management / PII Discovery for structured and unstructured data.
- Implement governance policies in alignment with global regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Hands-on installation, configuration, upgrade, and management of Records Manager/Content Manager.
- Manage large-scale data governance or data quality projects, including record migrations, ingestion, and multi-site deployments.
- Integrate Records/Content Manager with SharePoint, MS Office, Iron Mountain, and other third-party apps.
- Configure security, audit, and workflows in Content Manager.
- Develop applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core (ASP.NET Web Forms & MVC, WPF, WinForms).
- Proficiency in VB.NET, C#.NET, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
- Develop TRIM/Content Manager solutions using the .NET SDK (Custom Event Processors, Custom Add-Ins).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience with Capture, Imaging, and Scanning products and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText xECM, Content Server, or equivalent ECM products.
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
- Knowledge of Windows/Unix OS and basic networking concepts.
