Role Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in Test Data Management (TDM), data validation, and mainframe technologies, supporting large-scale enterprise applications and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data profiling, masking, subsetting, and validation
  • Develop, tune, test, and troubleshoot SQL queries
  • Manage and schedule test data refresh jobs
  • Coordinate data refresh and code promotion activities
  • Work closely with development and QA teams
  • Maintain test data documentation and standards
  • Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks

Primary Skills

  • Test Data Preparation & Automation
  • Data masking and data extraction techniques
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Mainframe technologies: COBOL ,JCL, CICS, DB2
  • Mainframe job scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication skills

Testing & Automation Skills

  • Tosca Data Integrity (DI) Testing
  • qData – Data Automation Testing
  • SQL & Database Testing
  • ETL / Data Warehouse Testing
  • Test Data Management (TDM)
  • API / Microservices Testing (RestAssured)
  • Selenium with Java
  • Python for Data Automation Testing
  • AWS Cloud Data Testing
  • BI Reports & Data Visualization Testing
  • Cloud Migration & Platform Modernization Testing

Good to Have

  • Experience with IBM Optim or similar TDM tools
  • Understanding of consumer loans & servicing domain
  • Ability to understand data models and relationships

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
