Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Specialist – Software Engineer with deep expertise in React, Sitecore Headless JSS, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will build scalable, high-performance front-end solutions integrated with a modern headless CMS environment. This role demands strong technical proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in delivering enterprise-grade digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development:

    Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React, Sitecore Headless JSS, and TypeScript.
  • UI/UX Implementation:

    Work with styled-components, MUI (Material UI), Bootstrap, and Webpack to deliver seamless and consistent UI experiences.
  • API Integration:

    Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and secure access across platforms.
  • Headless CMS Development:

    Collaborate with backend and CMS teams to implement headless Sitecore solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Agile Delivery:

    Work within an Agile team environment, leveraging Jira and Azure DevOps for task tracking, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Accessibility & Performance:

    Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and maintain performance benchmarks.
  • Version Control & CI/CD:

    Use Git Flow for branching and merging strategies, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Technical Expertise

Essential Skills:

  • React, Sitecore Headless JSS, and TypeScript
  • Git Flow and CI/CD practices
  • Styled-components, MUI (Material UI), and Webpack
  • REST/GraphQL API integration
  • Accessibility standards and modern front-end tooling

Desirable Skills:

  • Visual Studio Online / Azure DevOps
  • JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, and responsive design
  • C# / .NET Framework
  • Sitecore 10, CXM operations
  • Solr, Bootstrap/CSS3

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar software engineering or frontend development role.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience with headless CMS implementations, Azure DevOps, and enterprise web architecture.
