About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer III – iOS, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and building world-class mobile experiences that empower millions of users to trade, invest, and grow their wealth confidently. This is more than just coding — it’s about shaping the performance, security, and scale of one of India’s most loved fintech apps. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Drive the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance iOS applications.
- End-to-End Development: Own features from concept to production, ensuring seamless UI/UX and optimal app performance.
- Code Quality & Standards: Champion best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, raising the bar for the mobile engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver frictionless, intuitive customer experiences.
- Innovation: Explore and implement modern iOS technologies (Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, etc.) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and learning.
- Performance & Monitoring: Define metrics, monitor app health, and continuously optimize for speed, stability, and scalability.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of hands-on iOS development experience with strong expertise in Swift and iOS SDK.
- AI-native mindset — leveraging AI tools for faster development, debugging, optimization, and smarter engineering decisions.
- Proven track record of building and shipping large-scale iOS apps with millions of users.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI), design patterns, dependency injection, and reactive programming.
- Strong grasp of performance tuning, memory management, multithreading, and offline storage strategies.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving, “figure it out” attitude.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
