Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Administrator & Developer to manage, customize, and optimize our SharePoint 2016 On-Premise environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both administration and development, capable of maintaining platform stability while building modern SharePoint solutions, workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint Administration
- Perform installation, configuration, and patch management of SharePoint 2016 servers.
- Manage user access, permissions, and document libraries.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
- Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint best practices.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power BI, SQL Server, and Office 365 applications.
SharePoint Development
- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and forms using SPFx, CSOM, and Power Automate.
- Build and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, XML, and .NET frameworks.
- Create custom web parts, extensions, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with software engineering and design architecture best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution deployment and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Administration and Development.
- MOSS or WSS certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform tools.
- Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot SharePoint On-Premise and Office 365 integrations.
