Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Production:
Manage the filming of professional audio/video content, including setting up and operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment. Work closely with on-screen talent to ensure high-quality outcomes. -
Editing & Post-Production:
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including syncing audio, noise removal, trimming, titling, color correction, and green screen keying. -
Graphic Integration:
Ideate and create compelling animated/static graphics that enhance learning outcomes and viewer engagement. -
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with the content team to align visual output with learning objectives, providing creative input during conceptualization and throughout the production lifecycle. -
Content Enhancement:
Implement techniques such as multi-window layouts, visual notes, and illustrations to support better knowledge transfer. -
Technical Operations:
Ensure content continuity (lip sync, focus, flow), final rendering in required formats, backup and archival per SOP, and quick turnaround edits for ad-hoc and social media videos. -
Equipment & Workflow Management:
Identify equipment needs, maintain video production gear/software, and suggest improvements to workflows and technologies. -
Team Support & Leadership:
Guide junior editors if required, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from other departments on special projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in video editing and design
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Skilled in editing techniques: audio syncing, titling, color grading, green screen keying
- Hands-on experience with video/audio recording equipment, lighting, and mic setups
- Knowledge of screen capture tools and related software
- Strong project management and time estimation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
- Experience in educational content creation is highly desirable
- Leadership experience is a strong plus
