Job Summary

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in CNET and extensive knowledge of TrakSys MES. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing MES solutions to optimize manufacturing operations and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of TrakSys MES solutions tailored to manufacturing requirements.
  • Utilize C programming skills to develop robust and scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES with other enterprise systems.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications and codebase.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software development.
  • Document technical designs, system configurations, and user manuals for MES applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in manufacturing and MES to recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in Industrial IoT / MES development.
  • Expertise in TrakSys MES solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, .NET Core, Python, Java, JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations including Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, and Labelling.
  • Experience with integration architectures and MES platforms such as Apriso, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Camline, Tulip MES, and Aveva MES.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (MS SQL Server) and web technologies (Angular, Node.js, JSON).
  • Knowledge of MES standards, SPQC tools (InfinityQS), and pharmaceutical MES suites (WERUM PAS-X).
