Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and hands-on experience in modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and supporting applications built primarily on Java and Struts, collaborating with business teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Struts, Spring, Angular, and JSP.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Oracle database, including writing efficient queries and stored procedures.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
  • Utilize Maven for build management and maintain code quality standards.
  • Work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Expertise

Mandatory Skills:

  • Backend: Java (Expert), Spring Boot (Moderate), Struts (Moderate), JSP (Moderate)
  • Frontend: Angular (Intermediate to Strong), TypeScript, HTML/HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS/CSS3
  • Database: Oracle (Strong knowledge)
  • Others: Maven, Debugging skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in HTML5 and TypeScript
