Role Overview

Accops is seeking a technically proficient and customer-focused Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the implementation of Accops solutions across diverse client environments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in virtualization, networking, secure access technologies, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Accops Solution Suites in line with Scope of Work (SoW) and customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment, communication, and delivery success.
• Manage the full project lifecycle — from planning, deployment, to roll-out — while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct Change Management activities by coordinating with the customer and product engineering teams.
• Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working collaboratively with internal implementation and delivery teams.
• Provide technical support and act as a consultant during solution deployment and customization.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices across the team to mentor, train, and build collective expertise.
• Collect product feedback and enhancement suggestions to work collaboratively with the Product Management team.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project execution and delivery.
• Travel to client locations as required for deployment, troubleshooting, or relationship management.

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

• Expertise in Windows Server and client operating systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop Services, and User Profiling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and fundamental Linux administration.
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts and familiarity with diagnostic tools like Wireshark, Process Monitor, Nmap, DebugView, etc.
• Experience in Infrastructure Design and deployment.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following technology domains:
• VDI, Application/Desktop Virtualization, Load Balancing, VPNs, Proxies, Firewalls
• Secure Access Solutions like VPN, MFA, IAM, ZTNA

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Cloud Management tools and platforms.
• Experience working in OEM product companies in implementation, pre-sales, or support roles.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.
• Prior experience with Accops, Citrix, or VMware solutions.
