Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager – Growth will be responsible for driving initiatives that directly influence user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role combines product strategy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to create scalable impact in a high-growth fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap for growth initiatives, from concept to launch.
- Define and improve acquisition funnels, focusing on metrics that drive conversion.
- Collaborate with design, technology, marketing, and business teams for seamless execution.
- Oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
- Analyze user behavior using qualitative and quantitative data to identify and address frictions.
- Continuously optimize product touchpoints and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
- Strong background in B2C products with expertise in user behavior and funnel optimization.
- Experience with API-driven workflows and complex business systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking with an execution-first approach.
- Degree in Engineering or Management from a premier institute.
- Fintech experience or a growth-hacker mindset is a plus.
