Responsible for executing projects in the allocated area to ensure timely completion and adherence to Technical Services departmental deliverables. This includes managing facility execution, process proving, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination for smooth end-of-line operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Execution & Process Proving
- Conduct design approval meetings with stakeholders for DAP submitted by suppliers, incorporating inputs from user agencies and planning teams.
- Ensure facility readiness at various milestones to meet project timelines.
- Ensure legal compliance for suppliers/service providers, including gate passes for personnel.
- Adhere to safety standards during execution of facilities and equipment installation.
- Oversee execution of planned facilities for projects.
- Prove facilities, equipment, and manufacturing processes to meet delivery, quality, and timeline targets.
- Organize training for operations teams on new equipment and technology.
- Achieve station readiness score with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely product maturation in Beta, PO, BBO, PP, and SOP phases.
- Verify MBOM, estimate sheets, and other cost-related documents for cost roll-up.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in project planning, execution, and commissioning in automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of facility installation, process validation, and safety compliance.
