About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities, manage customer interactions, and support techno-commercial activities. The role involves opportunity identification, proposal preparation, costing coordination, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new market and product opportunities aligned with business strategy.
- Evaluate new customers, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare proposals.
- Drive techno-commercial assessments, costing, and quotation preparation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, EXIM, and Production for project costing.
- Manage customer interactions—clarifications, agreements, approvals, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate NPD activities and ensure smooth transition to mass production.
- Track sales progress, update reports, and work toward achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of project management and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in cost analysis, risk assessment, and proposal development.
- Proven customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience participating in trade fairs and business development events.
