Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS System Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HRIS systems (Workday preferred), with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive employee data across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and validate new hire demographic, job, and compensation data in Workday and Dayforce to ensure accuracy across both systems.
  • Enter and verify direct deposit, tax information, and deductions in Dayforce.
  • Process job changes, pay changes, shift changes, and employee personal data updates in both systems.
  • Complete employment verifications (current and terminated) using accurate system data.
  • Ensure compliance and data integrity while supporting HR processes.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Human Resources.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in a human resources environment, with direct experience managing HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (Workday experience highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Flexibility to support global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to meet changing deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, initiative, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-cultural teams in a global organization.
