Location: Chennai (Office Only)

Job Type: Permanent

Experience: 8 – 11 Years

Salary Range: ₹9,00,000 – ₹11,00,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function. This is a critical leadership role suited for a proactive professional with a strong understanding of financial operations in an IT/Tech services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivables and Payables
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Identify revenue leakages and implement cost control measures
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (TDS, GST, etc.)
  • Streamline financial processes using Zoho Books and Advanced Excel
  • Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in financial management
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Advanced Excel
  • Solid expertise in AR/AP, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial compliance
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a high sense of ownership
  • Preferably from IT Services/Technology industry background

Education:

  • CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent
