The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise to enhance pricing, quoting, and sales configuration processes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions to optimize sales configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze business requirements and convert them into effective CPQ configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle CPQ Cloud with enterprise systems to support end-to-end business workflows.
- Analyze existing CPQ processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay updated with Oracle CPQ Cloud enhancements, new features, and industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on product capabilities, limitations, configuration options, and potential enhancements.
- Support unit testing, system testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and customization across Oracle CPQ Cloud modules to address evolving business requirements.
- Work closely with sales, product management, and IT teams to capture and document detailed requirement specifications.
- Develop and maintain pricing models, discounting rules, and approval workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within Oracle CPQ Cloud.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare process documentation for end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support and third-party vendors for issue resolutions, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
